Minimum rental period: 1 week
Please note: No tenant legal protection is provided. The tenant is personally liable for any damage caused.
Children up to 2 years stay free of charge. We provide a high chair, cot, etc.
Long-term rental available on request.

In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:

• From booking date up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the total price

• From 59 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price

• From 29 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price

• From 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price

Cancellations must be made in writing. The effective date is the date of receipt. Guests have the right to prove that no loss or a significantly lower loss has been incurred.

• Minimum stay: 7 nights

• Check-in from 16:00

• Check-out by 10:00

• Late check-out included (if there is no follow-up booking – to be arranged in advance)

Booking Procedure:

You can contact the landlord via the contact form or by telephone. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive written confirmation via email. A deposit of 25% is required by bank transfer. The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival in cash or in advance via bank transfer.
